There's a saying “Not all that glitters is gold” and it goes perfectly to describe my review of nyuse.com. I tried their replica watches a few weeks ago and what I received was a “work of art”. You really have to see this Panerai replica.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
The watch is working, there's no problem there. But if you check closely the picture, you'll see that the glass in missing. I tried to have it fixed but the edge doesn't move at all, it looks like it's glued so there's no way to take it out.
The Site: Usability and Design
The site looks pretty good but they also use catalog pictures. Their replica watches are expensive too expensive for Japanese quality and too cheap for Swiss.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
They are making an effort and I would say they are pretty decent. But there's no way you can call this a good Panerai replica.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
On their site, they state the shipping takes 7-12 days but my watch arrived in 20 days, so that's a bit slow.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
Here is the problem, they don't accept returns and exchanges unless on very special terms. So I thought my case would be the “special” enough. Well, I was wrong. But they were nice enough to accept an exchange.
The Bottom Line
I'm still waiting for my second watch from this site but I don't think that will be good either. Better stay away from them, the return policy it's awful.
